About Global Policy Forum

Our Mission

  

The Global Policy Forum exists to unite advocacy and events in a powerful, shared mission to advance the exhibitions and conferences industry worldwide. Convened by the Exhibitions & Conferences Alliance (ECA) and UFI – the Global Association of the Exhibition Industry, this first-of-its-kind gathering will take place on May 29, 2026, at the Army Navy Club in Washington, DC.


Our mission is to bring together industry leaders with an international delegation of embassy representatives, ambassadors, and other government and NGO officials to foster dialogue, build alliances, and shape policy that supports the growth and resilience of the global events industry.


By aligning the focused efforts of a small, committed group of leaders, the Global Policy Forum aims to demonstrate how purposeful advocacy, strategic partnerships, and international cooperation can create meaningful change. Through high-level discussions and impactful connections, we seek to ensure that our industry’s voice is heard, our contributions recognized, and our future strengthened.

Our Mission

   

On May 29, 2026, at the historic Army Navy Club in Washington, DC, industry executives will join embassy representatives, ambassadors, and state officials for a day of high-level discussions, strategic networking, and purposeful advocacy. Together, this influential group will explore how targeted, coordinated efforts can drive lasting change and secure a stronger future for the events industry worldwide.

Produced by MAD Event Management LLC, with the support of the Exhibitions & Conferences Alliance (ECA), UFI – the Global Association of the Exhibition Industry, and other leading industry organizations, the Forum is dedicated to elevating the voice of our industry through meaningful dialogue.
